Disney Dreamers Academy 2025 is a four-day educational and leadership program for high school students from underserved communities. The program is designed to inspire and empower students to dream big and pursue their goals. During the program, students participate in workshops, panels, and discussions on topics such as leadership, career development, and financial literacy. They also have the opportunity to meet with Disney executives and other successful professionals.
Disney Dreamers Academy was founded in 2008 by Walt Disney World Resort and Essence magazine. The program has since expanded to include students from all over the United States. More than 1,000 students have participated in the program, and many have gone on to college and successful careers.
