A variance desk in MS Challenge is a report that reveals the variations between the baseline plan and the present plan. It may be used to determine areas the place the mission is behind or forward of schedule and to make changes accordingly.
To see the variance desk in MS Challenge, click on on the “Report” tab after which choose “Variance Desk” from the “Reviews” group. The variance desk can be displayed in a brand new window.
